- 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 package phyllo dough (usually 20 sheets)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix spinach, feta, Parmesan, dill, garlic, and egg.
- Layer phyllo dough, brushing with melted butter between sheets.
- Place spinach mixture on half of phyllo stack.
- Fold remaining phyllo over filling, pressing edges to seal.
- Brush top with butter and bake 35-40 minutes or golden brown.
