- 1-2 smoked turkey legs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2-3 large white potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups chicken bouillon
- 2 cups water
- 1 (14.5 oz) can green beans, drained
- 1 cup chunky spicy salsa
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Season smoked turkey legs with garlic, onion, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper.
3. *Cover with foil* and bake for *1 hour 30 minutes*.
- Boil diced potatoes in chicken bouillon and water until tender (15-20 minutes).
- Drain potatoes and add to large pot with green beans.
- Shred baked smoked turkey and add to pot.
- Stir in chunky spicy salsa.
8. Cook combined mixture over medium heat for *45 minutes*, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
