- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 serrano pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cut avocados in half, remove pit.
2. Mash in *Molcajete Bowl* with fork until desired consistency.
- Stir in cilantro, serrano pepper, lime juice, and onion.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve immediately.
