
*Buttery Lemon Pepper Salmon* Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- Fresh lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F or broiler to HIGH.
- Place salmon fillets on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread 1 tbsp softened butter on top of each salmon fillet.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning evenly over butter.
5. *Broil:* 8-10 minutes or *Bake:* 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.
