Buttery Lemon Pepper Salmon

*Buttery Lemon Pepper Salmon* Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • Fresh lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F or broiler to HIGH.
  2. Place salmon fillets on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread 1 tbsp softened butter on top of each salmon fillet.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning evenly over butter.

5. *Broil:* 8-10 minutes or *Bake:* 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.

  1. Serve with fresh lemon wedges, if desired.
